Honestly I've been trying to get my hard earned money back from this guys more times that I'd like to admit. Lack of experience, and I'm sure lack of a professional title too from superintendents and alcohol and drug abuse from the foreman staff is the cause why the other trades are not being taken into place properly and I am sure that lack of financial management lead them to steal and from employers payroll and they also take money from side business to compensate their overall poorly organized business.
Internal reports are from shady precedents and I am 100% sure they have an internal account who "fix* it for them. That's why it's ridiculous they haven't got anyone from CA Government to perform an internal review of expenses and tax reporting. This has been a long time issue. If you see anyone there. Do the good deed of the day and invite them to run.
