I came to NY with my husband and planned to do some work in the room. First of all, the room is more than dated. It feels dirty. The desk chair in the room is broken and will not move from it's lowest setting. When I went down to the front desk (the phone doesn't work) to ask about trying another room, I was told all the rooms were like that. "All the chairs are broken?" "yes."
