Had a great experience working with Rick Bales at Toyota! He was very patient with me as I looked at both used and new options and ultimately settled on a used car. I didn't feel pushed to buy out of means and all of the paperwork went seamlessly. Rick even came in on his day off to allow me to pick up my car which I really appreciated! Definitely would work with him and the Toyota team again!
