I have written hundreds of reviews some in gratitude, others in disappointment and some wanting betterment for others. But this one I was compelled to write. I want to say it takes a certain type of person to be so human you say, I'd like to be more like her. This human has a name and made a great impression on me. Her name is Tia Harris, I don't know where AT&T found her? They need to find more like her. She is delightful, kind, patient, and generous. Tia thank for our time making a tedious task easy on me.
