I came from Schneider just 3 months out of cdl school and active duty. In comparison, much much much better. Other than dispatch sometimes being hard to get ahold of on weekends or nights (which is understandable considering it s a light staff at those times) they are great! You aren t just a number compared to bigger carriers. They know your name and actually care about how you re doing. And if you re prior military it s a plus and if not then hey welcome to the family anyway!
