Awsome place. No pressure sales and a great deal. Especially for a first time buyer. But once the papers were signed and I was out the door I've had a hard time with some issues. For a month and a half now I've asked for the owners manual and the vacuum hose. The owners manual is a big deal to me because I've never owned a 5th wheel. Both have been "in the mail" for several weeks now
