Met with Michael Kurtiev to inspect the X5. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered our (sometimes stupid) questions with understanding and professionalism. He made the buying process as simple as it could be. The fact that it took 3 hours instead of one was beyond his control. He kept me informed of the progress of outstanding items after the sale in a timely manner, and has kept on top of their progress.
Altogether, Michael represented the dealership very well.
