On a Saturday night 8 weeks ago, my husband and I talked about selling our home of 22 years and getting a smaller home. I went on line and started looking at houses. Tye from Blackshear Realty started a chat with me, at that moment and answered a lot of my questions. He said he would have his Mother, Gaynell Blackshear call me on Sunday. I spoke to Gaynell and provided Employment and Credit information.
She then had Dean from Guarantee Mortgage call us, who advised he had completed a preliminary check and thought he could get us qualified and could issue a Pre-Approval Letter.

We could not believe how fast the process was. We had to e- mail all the required documents to Dean.
When I couldn t figure out how to send documents by computer, Dean would call and walk me through the process.

Gaynell, her Husband Robin, Tye and Lisa along with Dean and Connie are fair, professional and very
experienced in selling and processing mortgage applications . As I sit in my beautiful home, we are so blessed to have been lucky enough to work with this great team.

We refinanced our home that we bought in 2019 with the help of Dean and Connie.

This time Dean assigned Bryce and Emily to
process our loan. This was during the Pandemic. We had 1 big hiccup but they helped us through it. We closed on 6-4-20.
Great low interest rate.
