They are slow to ok preauth and their girls who answer the phone to help you are Rude, Condescending , and act as if you called to bother them.Horrid people . I was spoken to as a moron when i called to ask about my husbands coverage for open heart surgery . The girl treated me like i was gum stuck to the bottom of her shoe because as she put it i phrased the question wrong . I'd like to see her ask the question to their liking when its her husband going for open heart surgery . In order to post this they made it so you have to give one star they do not deserve it . Horrible people .
