Went in to replace a sink plunger. 1) not the friendliest folks, pretty cold. 2) seemed irritated that he had to find the part. 3) when he did find it, he had no interest in helping me understand how to install it, which I could figure out, but figured he might have some tips. And lastly when it seemed like the part he had would not work, he had no interest in finding out what part would. Generally, not a place for getting help or advice.
