I was injured last summer in a car accident. Facing pain and soreness that I never encountered before, I needed help. I was referred to the Physical Therapy team at EXOS. Fortunate for me, I have been under the professional care of Logan at EXOS. I was in bad shape when I arrived, but am now well on the path to recovery. Not only is the personal treatment helpful, but I'm also provided simple and effective exercises that I can incorporate into my regular workouts + rehab at home. The same treatments that I'm experiencing are applied to some of the most elite athletes, soldiers, and other "regular people" in this same space. When you can have access to the best (insurance accepted), why not take advantage of these talented pros??? Can't speak highly enough of this squad. They are the modern day shaman.
