I had a pretty bad experience while contacting the phone number ending 0099, the lady hang up twice during conversation without any indication. Very unprofessional attitude by the staff of the agent, looking at the reviews it seems the agent is good but they need to training/counsel the marketing staff. The employee need to understand that she needs to help employer get business not otherwise.
