As an employee, I guess I am one of the few that didn't have a problem with the company. Sure the benefits weren't the greatest, but the problems here as an employee are no different than working for any other company. Some people get too emotionally invested that if and when the market changes, resulting in layoffs, their feelings get hurt and they trash the organization. Sometimes, it's simply business.

As a customer, they definitely aren't the best at customer service. There have been a few times where I've called in and had to deal with someone overseas. But, it's hard to fault the company for this as outsourcing labor is common practice due to it being much cheaper. I don't see this changing any time soon.
