Stopped in room 921. I had the worst nights sleep ever. First the fridge was buzzing, had to turn it off, the bed is right next to the lift shaft which made an horrendous noise everytime someone used the lift which was all the time. This shouldn't be a room, I made them aware and the response I got was I should have told someone and they would have given me earplugs!!! The only positive was the renovated bathroom and the shower was great.
