Terrible place to work for and it wasn t always like that. People are always wanting to one up the other person and that creates a negative environment. Nobody is happy when they come to work. They keep laying off people without any information to why even though we all know they re products aren t selling anymore. Direct selling is a fad just be honest about it instead of leaving families hungry.
