My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn in Lebanon. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff in particular displayed exemplary service. We really enjoyed the Japanese garden behind the hotel, especially with spring flowers beginning to blossom. If you can, request a room that overlooks the garden. I was busy at a conference and thus did not have time to enjoy the pool or other amenities.

We appreciated the continental breakfast. Options ranged from hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, waffles and oatmeal to toast, muffins, bagels, scones, yogurt, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc. My only criticism is that the hot water tasted like coffee.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft towels and bathrobes. We appreciated the small touches such as chocolates on the pillow.

The event center on site worked well for our conference and it was nice to enjoy the garden, gazebo and Koi pond during breaks. In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio with the fire pit sparkling, the lit path weaving through the garden and the pond reflecting the moonlight.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the exceptional staff and tranquil atmosphere.
