The place is beautiful, but service lacks professionalism and basic training. Spa isn't exactly fully operational - the sauna is too cold and steam room doesn't have steam at all. Level of cleaning in spa is also questionable. It's a shame as the hotel has a good potential, but things like not very trained and sometimes even arrogant staff is a real put off. Wouldn't stay here again!
