I've worked with Victory Security Agency for 10 years and have enjoyed the opportunity and advancement as a security officer through my career. Victory's corporate office is local to my area and management is always available with an open door policy for anything needed. As an employee, I don't feel like a number, but a member of a team. I've gained extensive knowledge from management and my fellow team members that not only teaches you a lot, but makes for a positive work experience to help serve the clients.
