Do not hire this firm!!!! I cannot even express the horrible customer service and rudeness that we experienced during my husband's DUI. His attorney Jason wasn't even knowledgeable concerning the DUI process and filing, ect..causing my husband an EXTRA 30 DAYS incarceration due to his blunders; including misfiled paperwork. The office manager is unconcerned and smug, and if you attempt to contact Mcshane himself, you get nowhere, as we suppose he is too busy selling his firm on YouTube. They promise money back if you don't go to trial, but that is NOT TRUE. This firm is ALL about the money. Please look elsewhere and save yourself the extra money, time, and stress. Thanks.
Update: Not long after I wrote this review I actually got a threatening phone call from the office manager, attempting to discredit our experience and this post, and actually SUE/bill us for our opinion. He stated by posting a review, you give them the right to discuss/rebute your case in this forum! Disturbing and unprofessional to say the least. Beware.
