This is one of the warmest, most inviting studios I ve practiced at in NYC, with experienced, knowledgeable teachers, professional with clear standards. A real zen spot in the middle of West Village. I love that the schedule is packed with a variety of styles including aerial yoga, and offers some awesome workshops and caring community events. Steph the owner puts her heart into running the studio and one of the most positive and supportive people I know. I recommend this studio to all my friends!
