I will start with the good - The nurse assigned to my mother's case was sweet and caring. She made an effort to make conversation and you could tell she really cared.

However, I have an issue with the bigger picture. There seemed to be a lack of communication and transparency in the company as a whole. I would call them about my mother's pain, and they would send an aide out to help. Then, another aide came by and would have medicated my mother AGAIN if I hadn't been there to tell the second aide a first aide had already come by and done that. If it was just a one time genuine mistake, that would be somewhat acceptable since no actual harm was done. but the lag in information and communication was a serious issue during our ~2 months with hospice austin.
