Really wanted to be happy with this place, I tried twice. The first time I felt like the stylist was a little rude about my dry hair, however, I tried to look past it and bought the products she recommended to fix it. They made my hair worse. I tried one more time after trying someone else in between because I thought the cut had been decent. The second time I got a horrible cut. I asked for a trim and she gave me a completely different cut than I had, and not only that but there was a point in my hair where the layers were cut completely straight across leaving a visible ledge in my hair. Even my husband could see it and he doesn t notice anything. It was horrible.
