Pre ordered stuff that was due to be delivered in December now being pushed till 2021 ok cool I understand.Covid
What I do not get is I pre-ordered stuff @ 34.99 per lp and Amazon has a preorder price at 24.99.
Even Blue Note has it at 24.99.
When I asked them customer service they were like take it or leave kinda if attitude.
WOW not cool. Always been a loyal customer but now I will solely be buying from Amazon . Way easier to deal with on a customer issue level.
Has COVID really showed us how these companies are really treating we the customer ? Better yet will MD soon be a causality due to Covid.
What a shame.
