Beautiful place but service and food quality lacke...

Beautiful place but service and food quality lacked. Hopefully our constructive criticism was received well as it didn't seem like all the people we came across in management positions were very concerned about our experience. One person went out of his way to make up what was tremendous lacks on their end whilst another couldn't be bothered about our dissatisfaction and completely avoided us even though we requested a chat later on. Will give it another try, benefit of the doubt and what not.
