My nephew was here, one of the worst psychiatric facilities in all of Illinois. Number one the respect from staff to any family is none, number two they have zero care for their patients. Even if their patients admit that they need help they will just send them on their way, if a patient admits they want to self harm they will send the patient on their way. This is not what our medical system should be showing our youth. Our psychiatric system is better than this, what is it going to take besides for you guys to send someone on their way and for them to take their life 5 minutes later in order for you to straighten your act up and get this place together. Hold your staff accountable, I understand it's a hard field to work in but this is unacceptable.
