Being run like it will never go out of business and yet its been steadily losing market share for decades. USPS needs a Postmaster General with vision because the package delivery business is about to be turned upside down with automation. USPS could do something great for this country and upend the predatory payday loan business. Also, having actual people answer the phone would be a delightful jobs program.
