They make a lot of "hiring" promises about how the company cares about its employees. They pay low wages for the inexperienced workers (sometimes minimum wage), and haggle people with strong experience to a lower wage than what they're worth. All things considered, working with dangerous chemicals and lead based materials, I would not suggest this company to others for the pay rate that they offer. They have no concern for their employees, only the business model. No raises or Christmas bonus this year for any of our employees. So much for being considered "essential"
