I went to the Middletown, Ohio location to get a low tire repaired, and when I returned to get my car, it had a dent and a vertical scratch down the driver's side door. Steve, the manager, said to get an estimate from their body shop and he would pay for the damage. Since it would take 3 days to repair, I asked for a rental car to get to work, and was told that was "unreasonable". He told me to call the regional manager, which I did, but then they decided they would not pay for anything. This cost me over $500 to get my door fixed. It is sad that such a large, profitable company like Tire Discounters is so greedy and treats their customers so poorly.
