By all means, google around "my passport files disappeared" and behold the hundreds of livid comments from users who've lost critical data on their revolting kit that just... offs your files... NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER EVER "cut and paste" if it's towards one of their hard disks you will actually lose the data for ever. They pretend to help with a diagnostic software that will tell you that all is well! your drive is great mate! What a revolting whitewash, and complete dereliction of duty, makes the blood BOIL
