The service is like hell

The service is like hell
Poor quality performance from the staffs
Long queue when checkout
The front officer were unfriendly
We have stated in our GL that we want a non smoking room. When the room is sold out, they change it to smoking room instead of upgrade it.
Really i will not reccommend this hotel for any kind of travelers.
