Called West Star requesting a statement of our escrow account. Their fee for a copy of my statement was $26.95 per account. I see where other reviews people have stated that they are money hungry. I have never had any other financial institution ask for payment for a copy of my statement. I hope I will never have to need a copy of statement again.
