Called A#1 Air to get a quote on 2 new Unit insta...

Called A#1 Air to get a quote on 2 new Unit installs. Appointment was set up for 11:30 AM and got a call and said it would be an hour and they would be there. OK, i can accommodate this, however had to call after 1 hour and 20 min and i was told they were 20 min out. I said have to reschedule for 2 PM which was OK by them because i had other companies who were showing up on time and. It is now 2:30 and i now have to call them back and the comfort specialist still has not answered the office back. So the solution was to call him again and if he did not answer then they would get someone else out here. Not much of a solution. What should have been said hours before is we will have someone else out at 11:30 when the appointment was for. After reading reviews i see why this is happening. What even concerns me is that the response to the not so good reviews was we are looking into this. My suggestion is if you respond to a bad review then you should post resolution so that people know you follow up and care. I am just in sales process and already feel like they do not even care. I see a lot of good reviews also but normally you have a few negative with the good and since a good resolution was not give to me but to make me wait longer i decided not to even do business with this company. A #1 air you may want to focus a bit more on customer satisfaction as if you cannot even get a quote on time then how can i expect you to manage a project. By the way, I now am having 2 new units starting to be installed tomorrow the day after my bids. Concerned Customer
