I was admitted for six (6) days. An awful and dirty experience. The nurses were exceptional. However, the care received and the condition the facility is kept is beyond ethically and below standard. It appears the reputation of good care and service has inflated the heads of the physicians and deflated care or the meaning of care. I am beyond unsatisfied and I hope the administration takes this review as the beginning of movement for change and betterment.
The room had dirty equipment still in the room, a previous resident of the room, hair and toenail clippings on the floor, foreign biological (look like nose pickings) on the wall, shower curtain had foreign yellow squirt stains in it, very very slow reaction time, the floor was BLACK with buildup of dirt, window seal had not been wiped in forever. They really need some serious internal upgrades and changes within the management staff and supervisory personnel.
I was very unimpressed and in fact disappointed. It saddens me to see such a reproable establishment so diminished.
