I applied for assistance 20 days ago... Have calle...

I applied for assistance 20 days ago... Have called 7 times and left a detailed message with contact info etc... No response ... No call back in 14business days... My kids are 2 and 3 and will have no hot water or heat as of tomorrow if you do t help me... I am on workers comp due to a broken arm and my income is depleted ... It's hard to sit back completely out of control and with no contact ... DTE has said u have not contacted them with a commitment of any kind and I will be shut off.
