Very nice hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Bruges.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Good hotel bar, especially cosy in the holiday season, with a large selection of drinks.
Very nice and spacious rooms with good beds, but the pillows are a little bit uncomfortable due to their thickness.
Bathroom somewhat poorly designed/constructed as the shower floods the entire space.
Breakfast is good but not great, your typical run-of-the-mill continental buffet. No dinner, but plenty of options literally across the street (try bistro Bruut!).

All in all a nice stay, would definitely return.
