Curbside pickup: I called to pick up my order as they requested and a staff member told me he would be right out. Of course he doesn't do that and forgets about my order. I waited another 25 minutes outside of the building before calling again to remind them I made an order. This is the most typical service in Santa Cruz. Terrible and way too common.
