What is Shopo going to do about all the money paid...

What is Shopo going to do about all the money paid to Lt. Derek Hahn and Officer Bobby Nguyen after they were found guilty of conspiracy. Shopo s bargaining agreement cost the tax payers two years salary. Shouldn t the bargaining agreement protect the people that pay there salaries if a crime is committed by his officers. This bargaining agreement needs some major overhauling.
