Seriously overpriced legal representation! I hired...

Seriously overpriced legal representation! I hired them to look over a contract in the sale of my business. I gave them an $8k retainer almost a year ago.
An employee bought my business and had her lawyer (different law firm) draw up the contract for which she was charged a flat $5k. Hamilton Duncan ran through my $8k retainer but later reduced the invoice so the total was about $7.5k. They however got my mailing address mixed up and despite numerous phone calls and emails I'm still waiting on the small refund I was supposed to receive. Not very professional for a high profile law firm!

Update: Finally received cheque almost a year later.
