Purchased a brand new Civic at Martin Honda July 2...

Purchased a brand new Civic at Martin Honda July 2018 and have had it serviced regularly, according to Honda's Maintenance Schedule, at Martin Honda ever since.

On Saturday 6/27/20 the car would not start, left me stranded and I had to get a ride home. The car is less than two years old.

Called Sunday and talked with reservationist Arianna, told her the car broke down and asked about having it towed to Martin to be repaired. Arianna told me there were no service appointments available until Wednesday.

When I explained how I felt that the car I bought at Martin and had regularly serviced at Martin had left me stranded and now Martin was telling me they couldn't do anything for 4 days Arianna said she would send a message to the service manager Ivan Loi to see what could be done. Ivan Loi, nor anybody at Martin, has ever contacted me.

I had the car towed to another garage and where they told me the battery died. The battery didn't last two years.
