I had a negative experience at the studio on Garnet in Pacific Beach. There was no manager on site to speak to so I called and left a voicemail and did not receive a return call. The following day I got a (generic) email asking for feedback on my recent class and I said it was negative and again asked for a manager or owner to return my call and again I was ignored. I have emailed twice and left multiple voicemails and even attempted to stop by in person and have been unable to reach anyone in charge. I would caution anyone to spend their money at a fitness studio where you are unable to reach a manager in case something goes wrong. I did not renew my membership and will not return.
