Sadly, this hotel failed to exceed expectations. I had high hopes being that it is a Curio. Staff did not greet us properly upon entering the hotel which set the tone. Perhaps we did not look the part as it s Paris Fashion Week. As a diamond member, I ve been spoiled by exceptional service. This hotel unfortunately does not care about loyalty. Bathrooms weren t cleaned properly which led us to cut our stay short by 2 days.
