I just had the most pleasant exchange with a young lady named Willette. This exchange was a far cry from service I received when last I called approximately 8 months ago. Willette was courteous, professional and full of helpful information. Her friendly demeanor was welcoming. I requested the exact same thing from her as I requested previously. Instead of being treated rudely and acting like I being unreasonable, she very quickly researched my request and came back with a positive response. While I agree with the bulk of the previous reviews, my conversation this morning was a complete 180! If you call AAA, please ask to speak with Willette. She is "over-the-phone", service-with-a-smile..., personified!!
