Extremely poor, do not recommend. This company is heartless, and all it seems to care about is getting your money. We lost over $1,000 to this organisation with no offer of refund.

My partner and I were informed just before the course that she would be required to have a c section. This meant that this program is redundant, as it's intent is to help achieve a natural birth.

When we contacted She births asking if it would be ok if we got a refund they pointed us to a section of their website around refund policy that they have sole discretion about whether to provide one.

Given we cannot utilise this service this seems like an extremely harsh position to take. No understanding whatsoever.

I would suggest to anyone else thinking of taking this course to think twice about how much they actually care about their potential clients, given the way we have been treated.

See below response from she births for more untruths. Further proof about why you need to be careful with this organisation. I will be contacting fair trading to discuss my options:

1 - there were multiple attempts to contact: this is just not true. We reached out to let you know we would not attend because of my partners condition

2 - provision of online access: the online content is not required and we do not wish to continue using your service. If we request a refund we should be granted one

3 - 75% of course content is useful: not sure how this is possible given that the whole purpose of your course is to birth naturally. At the very least then why isnt there an offer of a 25% refund?
