My father is facing an issue from 6 months. He had a card that expired and no one got back with a new card which is a universal process. The staff is lethargic to say the least. They aren't helpful or understanding. They are trying to avoid working at all cost. They don't value their long standing customers. Just horrible experience. Don't even think of opening an account.
