My initial experience with Midwest Orthopedics was in the late 90s as a result of a distal bicep rupture. Dr. Romeo did a masterful job repairing the injury then and, nearly 20 years later, did a an equally laudable job repairing a rotator cuff injury. Most recently, In early 2018 I developed a shoulder issue as a result of arthritis. I sought and received the best possible medical advice. After an In depth interview with Dr. Garrigues it was decided that, considering my physical expectations, I should undergo arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Garrigues has in every way met the standard of excellence I have come to expect from Midwest Orthopedics. I sincerely hope that nobody needs surgical intervention. If you do, however, you could not be in better hands than those of Dr. Garrigues and Mid O. I fully expect to be back in the gym able to do a creditable "Murph WOD" as a result Dr. Garrigues' expertise.
