Purchased a washing machine with credit card addin...

Purchased a washing machine with credit card adding 30 euros for delivery to the floor. The day before the arrival of the goods I receive an email from Monclik asking me for another 302 euros + VAT because I live in a historic center. Clearly I refuse to spend 1 euro more (ps the day before both mediaword and Amazon have delivered for free). Moral of the story: after 7 calls between the call center (time only from 10/13 ... absurd) and the transporter, in the end washing machine dumped in the garage and I also had to say thank you.
