I was greeted by Eric Sykes almost immediately when I drove up and got out of my car. He had everything taken care of for me within about 2 minutes from walking in the door. Service was very busy that day and I could tell I was one of his top priorities. My care took about 45 minutes which is how long I expected and he even had everything set at discharge. Made me feel very confident in Toyota after having a hard time scheduling the appointment to begin with. I will ALWAYS go to him/request him. He s the BEST!
