Very good service from start to finish
I was an old ADT customer for 18 years our
Old system with ADT went down and failed I called ADT service and waited for 4 weeks for a reply , anything , not even a call back even after 3 more calls ......zero luck !!!!

So I picked up the phone up called Telsco and within 2 weeks had onsite review of our security needs and had old ADT system removed and new Telsco system installed.
Internet capable , and some of the best features I have seen in a very Long time.

And what s really good we had a couple of alarms go off due to our young kids making mistake on arming system and telsco called us in less then 20 seconds all three times.

Very prompt service , from start to finish , excellent fee structure and follow up, sadly still no call from ADT .....

My advise to all ADT customers switch and get to Telsco as fast as possible !!!!
