DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I have moved several times in my life and this was by far the worse experience I have ever had. Numerous items were damaged including an antique dining room table and china cabinet. Also damaged was a brand new Weber grille, a Craftsman air compressor, a stainless steel refrigerator, several plates, and a couple of stereo speakers. We attempted to contact Mr. Auston but spoke with who I believe to be his receptionist or maybe a family member. She was short and rude! I felt she did not believe us when we reported the issues even though one of their employees reported the china cabinet damage to Mr. Auston the moment it happened on moving day. She stated would have him call us. No apology, she only stated would have him call us. A week or so past with no response. We had to call back and at that time we were told they would mail us a claim form. We filled out the claim form, after having to acquire estimates for the damages, and emailed it to them along with photos of the damaged items. Another week or so went by with no response. We called again and they stated they never received the email which my system confirmed was delivered. We had to resend. Again, another week or so passed with no response. We were finally able to get in touch with Mr. Auston and he confirmed he did receive email this time and "would have something in the mail to you this week." I asked him what that meant. He stated "something would be in the mail this week." I did not push the issue, I just thanked him. Again, no apology. We moved the week of the 4th of July. We received a check about three weeks ago! Of course, it was not for the total amount claimed! And still no apology. Being in customer service myself, I am appalled by the attitude and poor service I received. I only hope no one will use this company.
