The staff are unorganized and rude. My dog and I arrived to have our picture taken with santa and the lady yelled at my dog for coming near her. Maybe don't work with animals if you become easily bothered. Yelling instills fear in pets, BTW I do applied behavior therapy and know a thing or two. Also it is now march and paid for a picture I never received. They also will not email me back.
